I came back in to Vivienne for the first time since the Covid lockdown and was very impressed with the way everything was set up, how safe and clean (although I always thought you were). The room was very well prepared, we were told to wear masks and sanitise and our temperature taken so you immediately felt that all necessary precautions were being taken. I had to fill out the forms before I came in as well so all records being kept up to date. Vivienne herself was also masked, shielded and gowned and yet did the very same professional job as always. I am very pleased to be back and will make my next appointment in a few weeks time. Thank you as always
