When do I start rolling??

Most clients will start rolling 2-3 weeks into their second bottle of AVST 2. Here is just some information on how your skin will benefit from AVST 2 and why you need to Roll to obtain the benefits of the higher levels of Vitamin A, C and antioxidants.

 

AVST 2 is the second step moisturiser in the AVST step-up system and contains moderately high levels of vitamin A, C and antioxidants as well as peptides known to soften the appearance of fine lines. This unique emulsion assists in rebalancing and moisturising the skin.

Why do I need to roll?

As you have used Environ’s AVST moisturisers, Vitamin A has done the many, many jobs it has set out to do. One of them being that it compacts the horny layer of the epidermis, otherwise known as the outermost layer of the skin. Keeping this sealed it assists in protecting the skin from environmental damage.

 

Here is the cache 22 situation! With the outer layer compacted and protecting our skin, active ingredients from the Environ range can no longer penetrate the skin to the active or growth house of the epidermis.

The principle of Home Needling is that the “micro-needles” puncture the horny layer of the epidermis, which is the main obstruction to penetration of active ingredients.
